Focal point for the cover photo to eliminate unwanted cropping

I would like to kindly request the ability to designate a focal point for the cover photo since quite frequently the image I would like to use crops my client's heads off.

The featured image is centered by default. If the subject is on the left or right side, the subject is cut off if the browser isn't full screen. Adding ability to identify subject (or subject center) resolves this.
