It would be great if we could simplify the feedback process. Currently clients click "submit feedback" twice--once in the text box where they've left their comments, and once at the top left to send them to the photographer. It's been unclear to a number of clients that they need to press the final top left button. Is there any way to make this a single step instead of two, or perhaps change the verbiage from the comments box so clients don't think they're submitting those comments there (and therefore need to click the only thing on the page that says "submit comments" at the top left?).
