Frame/ Boarders of Photos. Background feature

Being new to Smart Albums, for the recent weeks, I would like to request the development team if there can be a way to have the next update incorporate a process to import frames, or have frame or box or circle shape customization in the properties panel for any desired image instead of the 4 sides square and rectangle that would make for better creativity.
Another suggestion would be about the background feature, if there can be a way to import my own personal background without having to first select from the timeline that has been found of dis-organising the ready designed page.
