Uploading photos

Hi, Why is it sometimes that the progress bar is not shown for uploading process, and it looks like the whole number of photos is uploaded (number and even previews fetched correctly), but when you proceed to styling the gallery is shown less photos or even 0? Sometimes progress bar with % of uploading is shown, sometimes not, I can't understand the reason behind this and how can I ensure all my photos are uploaded before proceed to next step?
Button 'Style&preview' should be totally unavailable unless all photos are uploaded, not only previews and general intended upload number fetched :)
