Include the filenames of failed images in the Failed Images dialog

The loading of images seems to be a problem intermittently. Occasionally I'll attempt to load images through safari and there's a loading error. If I log out and restart safari and reload the images they will start loading. I've found that if I load a large number of images, leave it running and return, not all the images will have loaded, but there's nothing in the queue. I then have to find the final image and load the missing images . If images don't load in order this means that some of the images will be missing from the full collection. This is pretty frustrating.
There are no image file names to help identify images for failed uploads or to generally find an image. This needs adding. That's it for now!
