Hello! I can't get my favorite photos from any gallery to load. I don't know what else to do.

Until 2 days ago it was working correctly, and now I can't see the activity of any gallery. Can you see what happens? And if it is possible, can you send me the selection of the galleries that are selected?

I also don't see the option to open a chat, just send an email... Yesterday I did get the option to open a chat. I don't know what's happening
